We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we want to hear about it.
Pepper (Food Products)
Our pepper is a fresh, perishable food product. Because of its nature, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on pepper tins once they have been shipped.
That said, if something is genuinely wrong with your order, such as a damaged tin, a missing item, or a quality issue, please reach out to us at hello@millypepper.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right.
The Ceramic Mill
Our ceramic mills are inspected before they leave our studio. If your mill arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To report a damaged or defective mill, email us at hello@millypepper.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Once we've reviewed it, we'll get a replacement on its way to you.
Wrong Item
If you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@millypepper.com and we'll sort it out right away.
Subscription Orders
Refunds on subscription orders follow the same guidelines above. If you have questions about cancelling a future subscription order, please refer to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
A Note on Our Process
We are a small team. We don't have a formal returns warehouse or a returns portal. What we do have is a genuine commitment to making sure you're happy with your order. If something went wrong, just email us and we'll handle it like good people.
