We take freshness seriously, which means we take shipping seriously. Every order is packed with care at our Brooklyn studio and sent out as quickly as possible so your pepper arrives the way it left: fresh.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories.
Standard Shipping

Orders of $40 or more: Free standard shipping

Orders under $40: Flat-rate shipping, calculated at checkout

Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping

Available at checkout for an additional fee

Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days

Delivery estimates reflect carrier timelines once your order leaves our studio. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada via standard international carriers. Please note the following:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed upon arrival

Milly Pepper is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for Canadian orders.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
We stand behind every order. If your shipment arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or appears to be significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@millypepper.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Please note:

If your order is lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we are unable to replace the order at no charge. We will do our best to help, but re-shipment fees may apply.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we consider it delivered. If you believe there has been an error, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Address Changes and Order Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@millypepper.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to the same shipping timelines and policies above. Standard free shipping thresholds apply to subscription orders as well. You can manage your subscription, including shipping address and frequency, through your account portal at any time.
